Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Italy.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Since we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, any modification/cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it has been received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping takes 7-14 business days to arrive. Express shipping options are available at checkout.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EUR, which means you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details on charges, please contact your local customs office.
How do I return an item?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Please contact us at washsh0e1@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us immediately at washsh0e1@gmail.com if you received the wrong, missing, and/or defective items. Include your order number and photographs of the item(s) when you contact us. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible and send you a replacement or full refund.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation request. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the issuing bank. Please contact your card-issuing bank for questions about when the credit will appear on your account.
Is CapsuleWash machine washable?
Yes! CapsuleWash is designed to be machine washable. Simply place your shoes inside, zip it up, and toss it in the washing machine with your regular laundry.
What types of shoes can I wash with CapsuleWash?
CapsuleWash fits all types of footwear - from delicate ballet flats to chunky sneakers, boots, and children's shoes. The 19x39cm capacity accommodates most shoe sizes.
Will CapsuleWash damage my washing machine?
No. CapsuleWash is designed with protective materials that prevent damage to both your shoes and your washing machine drum.
